Terms of Service

The rules for using Trigvanta and its services.

Important

AI-written suggestions are never published automatically — you always review and approve them first.

Agreement overview

These terms govern use of Trigvanta by both private individuals and companies. Anyone can create an account directly through self-service signup — there is no separate application or approval step to gain access.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Private-individual accounts require a name, email, phone number, and country. Company accounts additionally require an organisation number, company name, and a named contact person.

Account registration

Signing up creates your account and first workspace immediately — you are logged in right away, and no admin has to approve the request first.

Owner, admin, and root accounts must enrol in two-factor authentication (TOTP) before they can do anything else in the platform; this cannot be turned off.

Workspace and user responsibilities

Workspace owners and admins are responsible for policy and permission management.

Acceptable use

Use must follow source policies, compliance requirements, and approval controls.

Prohibited use

Abuse, policy bypass attempts, and unsafe automation are prohibited.

AI-generated suggestions and user approval

AI outputs are draft-only by default and require explicit user selection/approval before publishing. A workspace may opt a specific automation rule into full-auto, in which case low-risk actions that pass validation publish without a manual click — mandatory approval gates on higher-risk actions (deletions, redirects, live publishing) cannot be disabled regardless of that setting.

External actions and manual approval

External actions require manual approval unless explicitly enabled and supported.

Billing and payment

A free account requires no payment and no card to create. Paid plans (more sites, higher automation volume, team approvers) are arranged directly with us — contact sales@trigvanta.com or use the Contact page; automated card billing is not yet available.

Subscription, renewal, cancellation

Workspace status is tied to billing and agreement status.

Data ownership

Customer data ownership and processing constraints are defined by agreements and policies.

Service availability

Service availability may vary with maintenance, policy, and risk controls.

Third-party providers

Some features depend on third-party integrations and provider availability — including a browser extension for social monitoring, which only works on the specific platforms it supports and only while you have it installed and enabled. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what it reads.

Suspension and termination

Trigvanta may suspend accounts for abuse, unsafe usage, payment issues, or policy violations.

Limitation of liability

Liability is limited as defined in customer agreements and legal terms.

Changes to terms

Terms updates are versioned and acceptance-tracked.
